your mailbox quickly and correctly.
Currently, we do not offer installation services. However, our installation guides are designed to make the process as easy as possible. If you need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
To
keep your mailbox looking great and functioning well, simply clean it regularly
with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. If
your mailbox has a lock, make sure to lubricate it periodically to ensure
smooth operation.
Replacement
Keys & Locks
If you’ve lost your keys, you’ll need the key code from your original key to order a replacement. If you don’t have the key number, you can only purchase a replacement lock. Learn more about replacement keys and locks here
The
key number is typically engraved on the face of your original key and should
have been recorded as per the instructions included with your mailbox. If you
no longer have the key number, we can only provide a replacement lock.
Unfortunately, if you don't have the key number, you’ll need to purchase a replacement lock for your mailbox. For security reasons, we do not store or access key codes from previous orders.
Changing your mailbox lock is a simple process and can be done in a few steps:
1. Remove the old lock – Open your mailbox and locate the securing nut or clip at the back of the lock. Use pliers or a wrench to remove it, then slide the lock out.
2. Insert the new lock – Align the new lock in the same position as the old one and secure it in place using the provided fixing mechanism.
3. Test the lock – Before closing your mailbox, check that the key turns smoothly and that the lock secures properly.

Returns
& Refunds
We offer a 14-day returns policy on most products, provided they are unused and in original packaging. For more details, please refer to our full Returns & Refunds page.
To return an item, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product and process your refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our returns policy, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Credit/Debit Card payments – Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
- PayPal or other payment methods – Processing times may vary, but most refunds are completed within 5-7 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider. If you still need assistance, feel free to contact us.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
