At The Safety Letterbox Company, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, ensuring a straightforward process to return your item for a refund or exchange. Below are the details to guide you through our returns process.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The item is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• For faulty or damaged items, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the return process
Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• If you prefer an exchange for a different product, we will arrange that as well.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and security reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following:

Faulty or Damaged Items
